OBS Multiplatform (Open Broadcaster Software)

Has anyone had the chance to use OBS Multiplatform for an extended period of time (like over a couple months)? I downloaded it recently and so far it's way better than the original but I would like someone else's opinion on it.

I used the original OBS to record for a few months until I racked up around 15+ problems all at once out of nowhere so I'd like to hear from someone who's been using Multiplatform for a while.

Right now it doesn't play well with my editer that I have but I'm hopefully gonna get that fixed soon. It's a problem with my editer; I recently did some troubleshooting.

It just seems too good to be true... A screen recorder that works well for me? I have trust issues due to the last OBS so...

Wahh. I wish I could help. I tried streaming and my net can't handle it. Used OBS, or tried to.

Ah it's ok Torm! I guess I might be the tester for this forum as far as OBS Multiplatform goes. If it's any better than the original I'll have to let everyone know in case someone is having troubles with technology like me. xD

I take a step forward then two steps back. *le sigh*

I'm going to try it out next time I record things. It promises "a more thorough feature set", so I'm interested in what that might mean.   :P

Yeah so far it seems pretty promising. I mentioned in the last video I uploaded to youtube that it was a complete rewrite of the program. So far, so good. But like anything I try to do I encounter issues... My editing software doesn't like something about Multplatform so it's screwing with my audio and making it sound really bad. I'm working on getting that fixed now.
