Good evening folks! I am a fan and aspiring author of creepypasta. My channel is dedicated for both stories that are horrifying and stories that are horrifying to read. My first video was about whether or not the famous creepypasta "1999" plagiarized off the YouTube persona Alantutorial. In addition to this, I've written three creepypastas so far (Missing the Mark, It's Mreley Yuor Prespcetvie, and Trivial) and I've recorded myself narrating over some of my own stories.

Finally, I'm going to start something along the lines of a "Scar Your Friends" podcast (name pending). Where I take some of my friends IRL who have never even heard of creepypasta before, force them to read some really fucked up shit, and record their reactions! For those of you who have heard of the podcast "Undercooked Analysis" (Tormental was a guest on one of the episodes), its kind of like that but with a funny twist at the end.

I do technically have a gaming channel that's on a long hiatus but have no plans to do anything with it anytime soon. As far as anything colab-wise, it may be interesting to colab with someone who interested in creepypasta or someone who just likes horror. Maybe someone who can be a test subject for my podcast thing  ;D

I can't wait to meet the community on this website and witness the creativity of the Mental Patients!

Hey Skill Flea! I think that sounds like a really cool concept. I would like to volunteer but I'm not really sure I would be a "good fit" I guess. Mainly because I have a very limited knowledge of creepy pastas (I've read a few) and I'm not creeped out easily. I am super curious as to what the "funny twist" is. I hope your channel does well though!

Glad you are interested. Down the line when I hopefully get better recording equipment and a skype account then sure I don't see why not. In fact, for the podcast I'm suggesting, I would need people who are NOT familiar with creepypasta. Believe it or not I actually hate a lot of things about horror. Good creepypasta to me isn't really supposed to scare you, its to make you feel uneasy; some would even say "creeped out".

The twist is the comedy of hearing the reactions of my disturbed friends as they read stories I personally select for them. It will fill my heart with joy when they begin to question the kind of person I really am, that's the twist I'm going for.

I'm not sure if you are aware of this but one of the best creepypasta authors on the internet is someone you are already subscribed to. I'll leave it at that.  ;)

I know Torm writes creepy pastas but I haven't read them yet :( I need to get around to doing that. Funny enough I found out he wrote creepy pastas shortly before the whole Trinity Sinners or Purity Sinners (whoever they are) caused all that chaos. I'm also subbed to his other channel which I occasionally watch. As of your friends, I think their reactions would be priceless. Like cherry on top of a cake :D

Hi Flea:

I'm a narrator and would like to take a look at your stories.  If I like them, would I have permission to read them?  If so, let me know if you mind me monetizing the videos (I don't make any money off of them right now as I'm still a small channel, but might in the future).

I also make music and like to collaborate, so let me know if you have any ideas!  I'll go sub to you now under my main channel Apeiropillar Productions.

Sure Abysmii, you can use any of my readings for your channel. However, I would rather them always being free of monetizing if I can help it- this isn't me saying "My work is to good for the likes of you to make money!" It's more of a principle thing with me. You can see all my comments in the recent slimebeast videos about CreepsMcPasta.

Maybe my opinion will change in time but if you are just trying to build your channel then yes, you can use my stuff anytime you want and we can help each other out. The only story I've written that can be a long narration would be Missing the Mark, the other two are pretty short. Missing the Mark was my first story and the only one currently on the creepypasta wiki. All of my stories can be found on the midnight marinara messaging boards under the thread one shot, which I will leave a link to. Finally, as a sign of good faith, I will also sub to your channel with my main channel, Skill Flea.

Hi Flea:

Not a problem, I can leave the videos showcasing your writing unmonetized, I completely understand.

Thanks!

Hey Flea! It's nice to meet ya :D

And I do like your ideas, especially the Scare your friends one. I think you should do it, since most people do find it entertaining to hear peoples friends scream XD.
Also just a thought~
But maybe for the 'Scare your friends" you could have two types of it..like..hmm..One week 'Scare your Friends" and another week "Scaring Youtubers" (or trying to scare them XD).
I hope that makes sense?
because if you have two like types...people won't get bored of just hearing (don't know if you do seeing like they can see you) of just you and your irl, they would get...other people as well.

And to the other thing you said, their are plenty of people who like CreepyPasta or Horror. :P
Me being one of the many, haha.
If you ever want help, I or others can lend a hand. I like being test subjected to things XD.
I don't bite..I swear.

It's all up in the air at the moment. I can see myself collabing with other youtubers on something like scare your friends if they are not creepypasta fans. Or with creepypasta youtubers on another type of podcast, I have no clue what the future holds.

I am looking for people to do this with in the future, the issue is my lack of proper recording equipment and my senior year of college bogging me down. The first few podcasts will hopefully be recorded after Thanksgiving since I can record the conversation in a room with a semi-decent/bad mic. But I'll test the waters with one idea first and just let nature take its course.

So yes, I appreciate your enthusiasm and hope I don't disappoint. One thing that I will confirm is that I've been brainstorming ideas for which pasta to do for the first podcast. Keep in mind that the two friends I have that agreed to do this have never read ANY creepypasta before and I want their first taste to be really; messed up.

So if you or anyone has a good idea for a particularly disturbing creepypasta, hit me up. Or maybe write your own?  :P

BTW, I'm surprised you haven't done a Slimebeast story on your channel.

I really want to do one of his stories as he is a fantastic writer.  Unfortunately, so many other channels have done his work ad nauseam that I wouldn't be bringing much to the table.  I did lend my voice to a reading of "Suggestions", which was great fun.  I'll keep an eye out on his stories to see if something new gets published I could take a crack at.  :)

Haha!  Yeah I was lucky enough to find his latest one that no one else has jumped on, so I rushed it over the weekend.  He really is a great writer.

Figure I would update my introduction first since I had mentioned doing a podcast here. My college is located out of my home state, New York. However I'm coming home for Thanksgiving and will be home this week. So, depending on how much time I spend with my family, I'm going to try to get together with my two friends and record the pilot episode of the podcast I have previously mentioned. Still trying to pick a name but the synopsis of what the podcast will be about is this:

My two friends, Dylan and Dan, have never read creepypasta before and they will get their first taste live on my unedited podcast. Ideally, I want it to be the raunchiest/most entertaining creepypasta podcast on the internet, with nothing censored. Their reactions will be genuine, they will not see the story until after recording has already begun, they have never read a creepypasta before, and I already have the creepypasta for the pilot selected. Obviously, I have read the creepypasta before as I have to select stories for the show.

It wouldn't just be funny reactions either but also insightful analysis. Dan is a graduated English major. Dylan is studying to be a sports journalist and has written many short stories for his classes on multiple topics. So even though both parties have never read creepypasta, both have dealt with short story analysis in college and can offer unique criticism on creepypastas. Its unique criticism because it will not be effected by the prior knowledge of typical creepypasta tropes and will come from the perspective of judging the stories on their own.

Depending on how it goes will determine how many podcasts I will record in the future. I'm getting a better mic this week for sure and hope to record at least the pilot this week. I'm very excited to do this and I hope you are too. If you enjoy hearing the sound of two grown men squirm in their chairs as they attempt to read some really fucked up shit, be on the look out for a new podcast this week!  ;D
